How we collect, use, protect and retain your information — and the rights you have over it.
Auratech Digital Institute ("Auratech", "we", "us") operates this website and provides live online career programs in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design and Video Editing. For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at info@auratechdigital.com or +91 91093 38292.
Information you give us directly. When you fill our enquiry form, take the course finder, message us on WhatsApp, call us, or enrol in a program, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, the course and plan you are interested in, your messages to us, and — if you enrol — details needed for admission, fee records and certification (such as your address, date of birth, educational background and payment references).
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we and our service providers may collect device and usage data through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on page, referral source and approximate location. If we run analytics or advertising tags (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or the Meta Pixel), these tools collect such data under their own policies as described in Section 6.
What we do not collect on this website. We do not collect payment card numbers, banking credentials or government ID numbers through this website. Fee payments are arranged directly with our team through recognised payment channels.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry and contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email as you requested; to counsel you on courses, plans and EMI options; to process admissions, deliver classes, conduct internships and issue certificates; to maintain fee and academic records; to improve our website, courses and marketing; and, with your consent, to send you information about batches, offers and programs. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or writing to us.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent — which you give when you submit a form, message us, or enrol — and for purposes reasonably connected to providing you our services, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 9; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) service providers who help us run the business — such as our website hosting provider, database services, communication tools (including WhatsApp Business) and analytics/advertising platforms — each bound to use it only to provide their service; (b) our mentors and staff, to the extent needed to deliver your program; and (c) government authorities or courts where the law requires it. If we ever transfer the business, your data may transfer with it under the same protections.
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and to understand how it is used. We may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for measurement and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel for advertising and retargeting — meaning you may see our ads on those platforms after visiting our site. These providers may set their own cookies governed by their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics via Google's opt-out tools, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings. Disabling cookies may affect parts of the site.
Enquiry data (from forms, the course finder, WhatsApp or calls) is retained for up to 12 months from your last interaction, so we can follow up and assist you, after which it is deleted or anonymised unless you have enrolled. Student records — admission, attendance, fees and certification — are retained for the duration of your program and thereafter as long as reasonably required for record-keeping, certificate verification and legal or tax obligations.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: our website is served over HTTPS, enquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database, form submissions are validated and protected against automated abuse, and access to personal data within our team is limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of any breach as required by law.
You have the right to: access a summary of the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent for further processing; and nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf. To exercise any right, write to info@auratechdigital.com from the contact details we hold for you, or call +91 91659 29147. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your grievance to us in writing, and thereafter to the Data Protection Board of India.
Our programs are open to learners of all ages, including students who may be under 18. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or legal guardian in your enquiry and enrolment: we require verifiable parental or guardian consent before processing the personal data of a minor, and the guardian may exercise all data rights on the minor's behalf. We do not knowingly use the personal data of minors for behavioural advertising.
Our site links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. Once you leave our site, those platforms' own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their practices.
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact our grievance contact at Auratech Digital Institute, Indore, Madhya Pradesh — info@auratechdigital.com, +91 91659 29147. This policy is governed by the laws of India.
